Tom Gibson Photography is a family run photography studio based in Kilwinning, Ayrshire just 20 minutes South of Glasgow. We cover Weddings, Portraits and Commercial work with creativity and enthusiasm. There are five members of staff who work in the Studio which is an industrial unit ideally situated near the train station with ample parking. 

Tom opened our first photography studio in 2002. We very quickly established a reputation for providing vibrant, lively, contemporary images of the highest quality. This resulted in us moving into a larger studio in 2005.

Tom has obtained professional qualifications with The Master Photographers Association, The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and the British Professional Association. His wife Angela attended college and trained in Photography and this is where she met Amanda who is trained in both photography and make-up artistry, she is a great asset when it comes to make-over, model and teen shoots. Our son William (12) is a great assistant and trains with Tom regularly, he recently has had some images of his own published. Clare, a former client, is our other member of staff, she sticks her fingers in her ears at the mention of anything technical related to photography, but, as she is our Admin person we don’t mind.

Over the last few years we have won numerous Awards with our photography, we really believe in striving to be amongst the best and it is a great honour to be recognised by your peers within the industry. We were very proud to win the 2007 VOWS award which is the Scottish Wedding Industry Awards for outstanding service, voted for by our clients.
